RIVERVIEW WELLNESS CENTER TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Opening hours: 6:00 a.m.-11:00 p.m.; Saturday, Sunday, and holidays 7:00 a.m.-9:00 p.m.
2. Club members are invited to use the gym, the swimming pool, the aerobic room, and the dry and steam sauna according to purchased rights. Personal training sessions are available only upon reservation and are subject to extra charge.
3. Membership card and Club facilities can be used only by registered members.
4. Members are required to present their membership card entering the Club.
5. Membership fee is not refundable.
6. Annual membership may be suspended once for the maximum period of 2 months upon an advance notice in writing. Members should inform the Club about any longer planned suspension when purchasing the annual membership card.
7. Membership is cancelled if the payments is not received in due time.
8. The Club management reserves the right to cancel a membership without refunding the fee if members violates the Club regulations.
9. Membership purchased by a company for its employees can be transferred to other employees.
10. Lockers in changing rooms are available free of charge only for the duration of a visit in the Club. The Club management is not responsible for valuables left in the lockers or other areas of the Club. Guests are advised to use the hotel deposit for keeping valuables.
11. Club members must follow all rules and regulations of using the Club facilities, including the gym, swimming pool, aerobic room and sauna.
12. Drinking alcohol, using drugs and smoking is forbidden in the Club area. People under the influence of alcohol are not allowed in the Club area.
13. Sportswear and sports shoes are obligatory while using the gym.
14. Children under 16 are allowed in the swimming pool area only on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays and when accompanied by a parent or another person appointed by the parent. Children are not allowed in the gym or the aerobic area.
15. Beginners or those with health problem should inform their instructors about the fact prior to starting the training.
16. The Club is not responsible for any illnesses and injuries that may occur during a visit in the Club area.
17. Club members are requested to make all payments by the end of each visit in the Club.
