Please remember that warm-up and cool down are essential parts of every training. Do not join the class if late more than 5 minutes.
Dehydration is, in most of the cases the cause of fatigue and fainting. Remember to drink enough fluids while training.
Power means strength and endurance. This is a group or personal training program for active, fit and strong people. If your goal is to strengthen your muscles, gain muscular endurance, speed up your metabolism or loose weight we suggest Power Bar or Shape programs.
