Katarzyna Wilkos
Katarzyna graduated from the Warsaw Academy of Physical Education and has completed training in Open Mind Health&Fitness Idea Fitness School. She is a qualified and experienced instructor of modern forms of fitness and wellness. Katarzyna specializes in Body&Mind forms such as Pilates and Body Mind Yoga and is a qualified therapist of water fitness. She is an open-minded and sensitive person.

Bożena Łada
Bozena graduated from the Institute of Physical Education in Szczecin. She has been a professional hand ball player for many years and a member of the Polish junior team. She is a talented instructor and presenter and a master fitness trainer. She cooperates with Open Mind Health&Fitness Idea School, trains instructors and gives classes at the biggest conventions in Poland. Her biggest passion is choreography, dance and intensive trainings. Bożena loves people and loves to work on overcoming physical weaknesses and fitness boundaries.

Agnieszka Grygiel

Agnieszka graduated from the Warsaw Academy of Physical Education. She is a Schwinn Cycling Instructor –SFA, Johnny G Spinning Instructor and a qualified and experienced instructor of modern forms of fitness and wellness. Her biggest passions are cycling classes which she performs in an unforgettable style. She is a co- organizer of an annual Charity Polish Marathon SCHWINN CYCLING

Norbert graduated from Warsaw Academy of Physical Education. He is a strength & conditioning instructor, specializing in hypertrophy training, fitness, swimming instruction, sport supplements and nutrition. Norbert acquired knowledge and experience throughout professional strength training and cooperation with other athletes. His professionalism and dynamic personality guarantee most effective training.
