At RiverView Wellness Centre we offer wide range of classes that suit all levels, with qualified trainers helping you get the most out of your exercise routine. You can choose from

POWER energy
Power means strength and endurance. This is a group or personal training program for active, fit and strong people. If your goal is to strengthen your muscles, gain muscular endurance, speed up your metabolism or loose weight we suggest Power Bar, Shape or Basic Condition programs.
If you want to work on improving your cardiovascular fitness and stamina as well as reduce body fat percentage Schwinn cycling classes will best suit your needs.
If you prefer training individually, we can offer you personal training, designed specifically for you, responding to all your needs and personal preferences.
BALANCED energy
Balance means harmony and is a precondition of a healthy life. If you need specialized training, have a fragile spine, often suffer from muscle strains or have got an unusual condition you want to deal with, we can offer you the Balanced Energy Training program. Join an Aqua fitness class or Natural Stretch class.
We also offer personal training designed with the utmost care and attention to your individual problems and needs.
inner ENERGY
Inner energy is the answer to the needs of a contemporary man. This is a training program for your body, mind and spirit. The entire program is available as a group exercise class as well as individual training sessions.
Body Mind Yoga is based on traditional yoga. The outcome of those classes is a strong and fit body along with a peaceful and clear mind. The Pilates method is a unique system of exercises raising the awareness of the correct posture and feeling of the body in space. It ensures a perfectly balanced, fit and strong body.
